We are looking for some people to help with the rebuild after 3pm Thursday, ALL DAY Friday and after 5:30pm Saturday to get the track ready for our provincial race.  It would be great if you could make it out to help out.

In Canada we have 7 national events (5 in BC and 2 in Ontario).

Each National event consists of 3 days; Friday is a Prerace, Saturday and Sunday are National races.

You do not have qualify to attend any race series (VIC, Provincial, National).  You can race 1, 2 or all of the races.  If you are going for a National plate they take your best 5 national finishes plus your race at the Grands. Saturday and Sunday are each individual Nationals (Basically 2) and Saturday at the grands counts as a national. (Page 43 of the 2013 rule book will explain National points tabulation in greater detail http://www.usabmx.com/site/file_downloads/10 .  Provincial series is also explained in the rule book)

Each National has dedicated practice times for each age group, the links below will take you to the schedule for each national.

You can Presign for the Nationals to avoid all of the line ups, Presign closes the Wednesday at noon before each national race. You can click the links below to get the presign link.

• If you are coming to our NEW RIDER EVENT and you aren’t a registered rider, please fill out the ONE DAY TRIAL APPLICATION FORM and bring it with you to the track [it's not mandatory but will save you some time].

Don’t worry if you can’t join us for our NEW RIDER RACE, there are still lots of other ways to try BMX racing for FREE –

• Try it out on your own.  The track is open year round  and it is FREE to the general public (except during race events).
• Come to any one of our practices.  Bring a parent to sign a waiver & try it for FREE.
• Sign up as a NEW member at ANY race  & your FIRST REGULAR RACE is FREE.  Please fill out the NEW MEMBERSHIP FORM and bring it with you to the track [it's not mandatory but will save you some time]. Note:  We do not accept debit or credit cards.  We do accept CASH or CHEQUE. 

The beer and Burger is at the Harewood Arms Pub located at 508-8^th Street.  It will be Saturday April 6^th from 6pm-9pm.

April 6th Nanaimo BMX will be at Woodgrove Mall from 10am-7pm answering questions that people may have about BMX, doing registration and trying to recruit new members.  Come out and say hi!!
